50% of current jobs will disappear in the 5 coming years. On demand and continuous learning is from now on a must have. What if knowledge sharing among workers could foster skills development ?  

Our aim is to address three main challenges:

#1 – Maintain and sustain the capital of knowledge within the company

A senior employee leaving the company is a knowledge library stepping out…With massive retirements expected in the coming years, the issue at stake is to capitalize on and reward senior workers’ skills and knowledge so as to share them more efficiently and more quickly with newbies.

In giving senior employees the opportunity to transfer their skills to their pairs, and especially to younger ones, they become significant charactors in the history and culture of their company.

The challenge is to enhance their autonomy through the simplification of new tools use and through change management in order to remove barriers against digital technologies.

#2 – Manage digital transformation

To ensure effective change management and senior trainings on digital tools, the reverse mentoring practice is an appropriate approach. In so doing, digital natives become mentors and facilitators of digital transformation.

Inside the company, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing foster the emergence of a learning culture in which each and everyone can find interest.
